We’re excited to announce that Bold Vision is hiring its inaugural Executive Director! Bold Vision is a multi-sector, multi-year initiative that aims to fundamentally improve the lives of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) youth in LA County through power building and systems change. A Community Council comprised 13 BIPOC-led youth serving community-based organizations from across the county provides strategic guidance and direction to the initiative. Underlying Bold Visions is a strategic framework that lays out a set of policy and indicator recommendations for realizing a central goal: changing conditions so that L.A. County’s BIPOC youth can thrive.

Bold Vision is seeking a passionate, visionary, dynamic Executive Director who can facilitate the collective success of this regional effort and serve as a public ambassador for the initiative. The Executive Director, with the support of consultants and future staff, will work closely with the Community Council to coordinate and oversee Bold Vision operations and implement the Bold Vision strategic framework. The Executive Director will also be responsible for supporting the development of policy agendas, convening stakeholders, identifying and prospecting funding sources, and developing and maintaining budgets.
